Gothic Charm School’s Guide For Goth’s and Those Who Love Them

I recently read Gothic Charm School’s Guide to goth and loved it. It was well written and explore a lot of things I wouldn’t have thought of other wise such as goth roommates. This is a great book for anyone wanting to get into the scene, learn a bit about mannerisms or are family members of goths (I know my mum wants to read it). This book is written by the lovely Lady of The Manners of Gothic Charm School. I bought the book at Angus and Robinson online store as an eBook because I have no patience and it was only $10!

Lately I have been a horrible blogger. I spent the last week up at my friends grandparents farm. I learn how to make a stable fire and tend to it, we climbed mountains during the day and worked on the farm. It was a lot of fun! I’m glad to be home though, home with non-solar electricity, mobile signals, an internet connection and the ability to clean my nails without getting them dirty five minutes later (I caused my nails such pain. D:).

I came back home to (after fighting through the amount of blog posts I had  returned to find unread) to find that I had won the give away at Gothically Yours…! (Yay!). I’m also buying a lipstick from Lime Crime today and will be reveiwing it when it arrives.

Today has just been filled with fun. I hope yours does too!

  1. Glad you've back and you had a good time on a farm.

There is nothing that makes you like your life than trying something totally different.

Keeping nails clean when you have to work with the earth. Don't get me started.

Next time try this trick I learned way back in time. Scrape your nails over a bar of soap before you go out to work. The soap helps keep the dirt out from under your nails and it washes away when you clean up afterward.
