Update and Outfit Post: Kitten, Kinderwhore and a bit of a Bitch

Well, I’m sick today. It’s the second last day of school that I’m missing out on while I stay at home in bed, cuddling my kitten, drinking coffee and hanging out on my loved one’s laptop. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, probably not, but I usually call Coen my ‘boyfriend’. I’m trying to get out of this habit for of a variety of reasons.

Bitching

Anyway. Nothings better than going to the doctor yesterday to get antibiotics for my piercing infection and then having to take then while your throat is swollen. I already have trouble swallowing medicine – the ones I take for my migraines are tiny compared to these.

I also spent most of this post trying to find a new online photo-editor. Unfortunately the one I swear by is dying mid-way through April.

Kitten

My cat recently had more kittens. Though only one survived a girl that has no name. We aren’t keeping her unless we can get her desexed very soon – which hopefully will happen. She’s the most adorable little thing and Coen is so attached. He spends ever moment he’s home with her and brings her everywhere. Obviously I told him not to get attached but he’s never had a cat before so I don’t think he can help himself.

She slept on our bed last night because every time we’d take her out to her own little bed she would crawl out and meow at our door.

Outfit:

I was thinking Kinderwhore styled when putting together this outfit yesterday. To be a bit more Kinderwhore I should have went with frilly knee highs. It was just for visiting the doctor. I’m kind of regretting how high I wore this belt and I do look quite messy as it was after a long day.

Dress: This was recently thrifted by my mum for me. I really love it! Though it’s a tad too large for me. It has a lovely print on it and the top layer of fabric is actually translucent with plain black underneath.
Belt: Second-hand from my mother.
Stockings: Probably my mums? Well, this certainly has a lot of my mum in it.
Shoes: Old school shoes. I can’t wait until I get my new ones! I’m so excited and I’m sure you guess will love them!

Other Such Adventures:

I recently found out about miniature Coke bottles. Aren’t they absolutely adorable.
I know what you’re thinking, where the hell have I been?
I also cut my tongue open with the lid of a can. I was quite excited, i have no idea why. I don’t often get physically hurt; it’s mostly just inner pain. But this didn’t hurt at all. It bled a bit and then was fully healed in five minutes. I had to rip part of my tongue off though – which hurt. The part that is hanging  off in the picture. I couldn’t feel that part of my tongue in two days.

  1. Something like that happened to me, once, too…the lip thing. Hurts. But very fascinating! I wondered if I had pulled off a taste bud…

    You look so cute :3

  3. Sorry you're ill. Hope you feel better soon.
Kitten is so gorgeous! I bet you end up keeping her. We've done that in the past…"lets not get attach…awww so cute did you see what she just did"…and the next thing they have a name and have joined the family. We haven't got any cats now as my son is really allergic and it was setting off really bad asthma attacks. My daughter and her boyfriend have a beautiful little cat though so I get to maul her on visits 🙂
I like your outfit,,,you look great! You get to an age where you can't do that look without looking like a crazy bag lady…and I've passed that age lol Vintage lace dresses are such a good look and it really works on you.

  4. You have to take antibiotics for a piercing infection? oO
