What’s In My Everyday Makeup Life

This is a post in the series of The Goth Challenge altered by
Darkstalker Girl from a former Lolita Challenge. Find more information here.

Instead of doing the What’s In My Make-up Bag theme, I’m going to change it to Things I Use Everyday because I don’t own a make-up bag and I honestly would not bother too much with make-up I had to cart around (excluding lipsticks).

The silver topped brushes are from Coastal scents, the fluffy brush-brush is a rip off of Eco-Tools from eBay, the fully black is a bend Elf eyeliner brush (the best eyeliner-tip I’ve found!) and the longer brushes with brush-guards are a cheap free gift from ROMWE (I haven’t tried them out yet).

Powders! Manic Panic in my favourite shade, Anemic. It’s also broken up from carrying around in my bag – when will I ever learn! The Illamasqua power was given to me by Kitty after seeing me using my broken powder she knew I wouldn’t let it go to waste. I was intending on using some alcohol to reform the powders but they seem perfectly fine as they are.

Three Illamasqua concealers (The open pink is the under-eye and the others are the regular concealer), two of which were gifted by the lovely Kitty and the other bought by myself. I use concealer everyday to highlight my face under powder, so I couldn’t have enough. Two are in the lightest shade and the pink is in well, the pink shade.

Accidentally buying three of your favourite shadow.

Both pallets are from Coastal Scents and are magnetic. I use the larger everyday while the smaller is for when I need bright colours. I’ve had the smaller for over a year and the glue of the mirror has worn away. Besides most of the shadows are ridiculously pigmented while the purple and white aren’t so much.

My sexy brush holder is a goblet I bought for Coen’s birthday a while back. He’d consumed a little too much Redbull and ended up breaking the spine, of which I super-glued back together. Now it’s safely being my brush holder.

Lime Crime lipstick in Retrofuturistic that I bought eons ago. My two true colour lipsticks that I recently reviewed (Liqueur and Loved Up). Then there’s my most recent and most beloved of all my lip products It Started With A Kiss by Lush (you don’t need to reapply for hours, though it does get dry. Even so, it’s sturdy and compact so it’s easy to take with you.

Gosh foundation in Porcelain is wonderful and very pale! It’s also cruelty free. Too Faced Eye Shadow Insurance is my favourite primer. Then there are my really cheap Bys eyeliner (I want to use this up before buying something better) and the other is a Models Own eyeliner, which is empty but I keep it for the super thin and perfect brush for my everyday eyeliner!

The red pencil is a lip-liner by Vogue, and the black is eyeliner by Rimmel. Both were bought a long time ago, before I was into Cruelty Free products and are only used occasionally.

Oh we both use the same eye primer! Have you ever heard of Detrivore cosmetics? I ordered a mineral foundation in the palest shade called Dreadful. I also use a green concealer by ELF under my normal Hard Candy concealer to minimize redness from acne. Green concealer is the bees knees!

I hadn't before you mentioned them! Their blushes seem awesome (it's so hard to find a nice purple/grey blush!

That goblet for your brushes is awesome. Wish I had something like that, currently I just dump my brushes in a drawer.
