OOTD | CEMETERY FLOWERS & MY FULL MOON RITUAL

It was one of my resolutions to celebrate the full moon. It’s a way for me to take a moment out of my month to be still, take a look around, appreciate nature and take a break to do a couple things I love. Especially for tough months like this one has been when I’m having a hard time keeping on. It’s time to listen to “Doing the Unstuck” by the Cure and remember that life will go on.

So far, picking flowers is my most well kept full moon ritual simply because it’s free and flowers are probably one of my favourite things in the world. This full moon I visited by one of my favourite cemetaries to pick flowers. Not from graves, of course! One of my favourite cemeteries is basically a
huge garden filled with roses, trees, kangaroos and bees (I love the
sound of bees!).

Today is a blue moon which only comes around every three years. You better make the most of it! How are you celebrating?

I’m wearing a navy and white collared blouse from OASAP* (a freebie sent to photograph), pleather pleated skirt from Boohoo, belt is from Kmart, shoes from Forever 21 and denim jacket by High Heels Suicide.
