This October I’ve challenged myself to do an SFX gore look with every outfit I post! For the second outfit in this set I decided to go in the direction of A Nightmare on Elm Street. I did this look using only a sponge, fake blood and liquid latex. What do you think? I’m really new to this, so be kind!

 On another note, I fell in love with this ripped up shirt as soon as I saw it. Acid wash? Torn up? Oversized? Yes, please. The only challenge was that it was only available in size sixteen. Obviously, the only option I had was to rip it up further.

I’m wearing a torn up t-shirt from Asos, pleated skirt from Boohoo and boots from Boohoo.

    That is really convincing make-up! My best friend does SFX make-up as a hobby and used to do it for a haunted house every October. I live in Atlanta, where The Walking Dead is filmed, so there's a lot of work in that field here.

    Gaah that's gory. Are burns so bloody though? I thought this looks like road burn. I'm loving that you are doing horror outfit posts this month

    Wowwww that makeup is so good! I somewhat have trouble looking at it, it looks painful. Also yay for Boohoo.com. Been on there a lot lately 🙂
