5 ALTERNATIVE YOUTUBERS TO FOLLOW

I think it was The Everyday Goth who first posed the question, where are all the alternative YouTubers? You know, the Goths, the Punks and all of those elder Goths from the eighties who want you to know that Goth is all about the music.

Well, when the Everyday Goth posed this question, I realised, holyshit, I follow lots of alternative YouTubers! So, here’s my list of some of my favourite alternative YouTubers, all with amazing alternative styles.

Jade the Libra

Why not start with my absolute favourite from this list, and someone who is completely underrated in alternative circles. Have you ever heard of Jade the Libra? She is a grunge queen, with killer green/blue/purple hair, best known for her outfit of the days, hair tutorials (colour and styling) and grungy makeup!

Reeree Philips

Reeree Philips is a newer find of mine. She’s a Goth model, makeup artist, and mother. You’ll be likely to find antique hauls, alternative makeup looks, outfits and commentary on the subculture.

Sebastian Columbine

Sebastian has come a long way from the little Goth they started as! While I did stop watching this channel for a while, I’m back to it and obsessed with Sebastian’s new style. On this channel you’re likely to kind Gothy unboxings, witchy outfit of the days, vlogs and more of Sebastian’s life.

Monami Frost

Monami Frost is a heavily tattooed, self-made Instagram model, Goth mum and vegan. Just check out her video on how she started her own career online! It’s super inspiring.

Albinwonderland

Albinwonderland (aka Angelina) is certainly the pinkest person on this list, but she’s no less alternative. Recently I’ve loved her series of fifties inspired hair tutorials, but some old favourites include her hair series (she has very long, pink hair) and her commentaries on pop culture.

Honorable Mentions: Glam N Gore who is an SFX and makeup artist donning a lot of Goth appropriate and dramatic looks, No Frill Twins which are a band with killer style (check out their Facebook for great outfits!), Amy Valentine has repeatedly said she’s more of a blogger than a YouTuber – check out her blog here and lastly, Grav3yard Girl (obviously) who opts for way more than just fashion and doesn’t let alt labels restrain her.

Are you just as obsessed with YouTube as I am? Who are your favourites? I’m always looking for new vegan channels, alternative style channels and generally interesting people! I might do a favourite vegan Youtubers list next.
