Lately, I’ve been rethinking my whole aesthetic! Which means that on my way to the perfect daughters of salem look that absolutely and undeniably fits me, I’ve been thinking a lot about how my current wardrobe is going to fit in. Just because I’ve been drawn to a new look style wise and with my household decor, doesn’t mean I want to throw out all the grungy clothes I already own. That certainly wouldn’t be a sustainable approach for my wardrobe or the earth!
Here’s a casual witch look that I felt at home in as soon as I slipped it on! I need more long scarves to rock with, uh, literally everything. One aspect of this new witchy look I’ve become absolutely obsessed with has been long drapey fabrics, maxi dress, maxi skirts and maxi everything.
The title of this post comes from the Disturbia Clothing tag line.
“We are the daughters of the witches you couldn’t burn” – Disturbia
I’m wearing a couple of new Disturbia pieces in this look. The VVITCH crop top with a lace addition to the sleeves and hem and the scull and bones scarf. This crop top is something I’ve wanted for a long while, but only just picked it up in the recent Disturbia sale. In comparison with brands like Killstar, I think Disturbia is more my style. They have the perfect modern witchy style with a touch of grunge but additions (like the lace) that are reminiscent of Victoriana.
Is Disturbia a brand you like or would wear? Check out the rest of the outfit below and let me know!
