Can you believe this is how many eyeshadows I’ve collected in four months of the Medusa’s Makeup monthly beauty box? Okay, well, the older baked shadows (like the one I used so much the logo is literally rubbing off) I bought before, but the other ten came in this monthly box!

Maybe you could tell, but in my last reviews of this Monthly Box, I haven’t been completely satisfied. But in November’s monthly box I received something that changed my entire perspective on Medusa’s Makeup eyeshadow! Can you guess what that item is? It’s their glitter adhesive. That baby isn’t just perfect sticking glitter to your body, but will also make any of their eyeshadows twenty-thousand percent more pigmented.

In the swatches below, I show a “before glitter adhesive” and “after glitter adhesive” comparison. Look at those results! It’s crazy. I have to say that their eyeshadows without a proper base are almost completely useless. Let’s be real.

Eyeshadows from left to right: Ultra Violence eyedust, limited edition Night Owl eye dust, Jail Bait eye dust, Karma Chameleon eye dust (this is a duo chrome that reflects green, purple, brown, pink and orange! It’s amazing!). Next are the straight up glitters: Keylime Pie, Mystique and Biggy.

Eyeshadows from left to right: electro white, electro purple, safari desert rose, safari Tarzan, electric orange and safari jungle fever.

All in all, here are my favourite stand out shadows. Firstly, the limited edition Night Owl eye dust because it’s gorgeous. Next up is the duo chrome shadow. How can one shadow reflect so much light? Finally, the electro white. Come on, I use it so much that the logo has faded off! It’s the perfect eyeshadow, when layered over a concealer, packed onto the inner corner for an insane highlight!

Does Medusa’s Makeup do any matte eyeshadow shades? I have never received one of these! So far I have baked glitter, loose glitter eyeshadows and, then, straight up glitter. But I suppose matte eyeshadow is what Suparpill is for – for glitter eyeshadow’s I’d opt for Medusa’s Makeup eyeshadow anyday.
